Recent sculptural forms have developed organically, perhaps like linear drawings with circular, diamond and lantern like shapes, although these may appear to  have complex geometry, this isn't really the case, shaped and painted pieces of wood are used to color and fill in with repetition resulting in repeating patterns: These linear skeletal forms are elements or tools to be arranged together, they have individual characteristics, they lay, lean, prop and stand in occupation of a given space, their scale is Human - I consider a work to have a presence. I aim to balance a decorative and a minimal aesthetic in these constructed objects.
